Strengthening Ties, Enhancing Teaching: The Joint Venture of Naha and Sunrise SDA Primary Schools

Naha SDA Primary School had an opportunity to visit their extension school, 'Sunrise SDA Primary', on Tuesday, the 6th of June, 2023. The purpose of the visit is to facilitate mutual understanding, while collaboratively addressing and highlighting strategies for effective classroom management. Classroom management is essential for teaching and learning within the classroom. In order to enhance effectiveness in teaching and learning, classroom management is key. Following a brief professional development session with the teachers, light refreshments were served.

Mr Wellington Soga, the principal of Naha SDA Primary School, expressed his gratitude towards the teachers for the enriching time spent during the professional development session. He also thanked the Sunrise teachers for accepting the invitation and participating in the visit. Spending quality time with the teachers is indeed an honour and a privilege for both schools.

Mr Victor from Sunrise School also expressed his appreciation to the Naha SDA Primary School teachers for organising the visit and the professional development session, emphasising the importance of classroom management in their school. Mr Victor expressed his hopes for such collaborative engagements to continue in the near future.

Mr Moses, also from Sunrise School, acknowledged and thanked the teachers for the excellent opportunity to come together in this manner, reminding one another about the priorities within the school.

The visit also fulfilled the theme 'I WILL GO TO MY NEIGHBOUR.'"
