Empowering Family Ministry Leaders

Empowering Family Ministry Leaders: Level 2 GC Family Ministries Training – Five Days of Growth and Connection via ZOOM

Today marks the first day of a five-day Level 2 Family Life Training via Zoom, hosted by the General Conference supported by the South Pacific Division which ends on Friday.

Here in SIM, family ministry leaders from the three sub regions West, North and Central including Honiara attended. Also growing new family ministry leaders is the main goal.

Among the participants is Sister Alice Kaisuva, the Family, Women, and Children's Director for the Fiji Mission. She has been inspiring everyone as the guest speaker at the West Honiara District Federation's weekend camp at Doma Cove.

The online training kicked off with great enthusiasm, featuring breakout groups for engaging discussions that allow participants to connect and meet others from different union and missions.

The open discussions foster collaboration and sharing of ideas, making the first day truly exciting!

Earlier this year, they completed Level 1 and received their certificates, and now they are eager to advance to Level 2. This new mode of online learning via Zoom is an excellent way for everyone to grow in their ministry skills while connecting with fellow leaders. To God be the glory!
