"Honesty is a virtue of Adventist Education"

Naha Seventh-Day Adventist (SDA) Primary School recently held a special Spiritual Emphasis Week. From Monday 15th to Friday 19th May 2023, at the school's Church. The week's theme was "Honesty is a virtue of Adventist Education."

Each morning, students of all classes, from Kindy A to Year 6, led the morning worship. They shared messages on the theme of honesty. The goal was to help all students understand the importance of honesty in their lives. The phrase "I will go to my neighbour" was a key part of the week. It meant reaching out to others with these messages.

Parents also took part in the week. One parent, Rocky Masia Sade, said, "The students were brave when they gave their presentations. I was happy to see how well they did." Another parent, Ben Gwali, said, "The program is good. It helps to teach everyone about honesty."

The Head Teacher of the school, Mr Wellington Soga, was happy about how the week went and thanked everyone for making the program successful. He said the goal was to reach everyone - students, parents, guardians, and teachers.

The Head Teacher asked everyone to keep praying for the school. They want everyone to keep sharing the good news with their neighbours. The Spiritual Emphasis Week was a big step for the school in teaching about honesty and caring for others.
