Progress for Hope VA in the TPUM

Since its February 2024 launch, Hope VA TPUM has made significant progress in engaging communities across the Trans Pacific Union Mission (TPUM). As of July 25, 2024, Hope VA has enrolled 365 students.

In the last eight weeks, 117 new students have joined Hope VA TPUM. Over 3,100 messages have been exchanged between Hope VA and its users, indicating strong interaction and interest. Hope VA has also facilitated important connections, with a few of these students being introduced to pastors.

Weekly conversations have remained robust, with high engagement observed during the initial weeks and steady participation continuing through to week 20.

Hope VA, supported by Adventist Technology and the Ministry & Strategy Team (MST), is a collaborative initiative involving TPUM, the 10,000 Toes Campaign, Hope Channel, and Novo Tempo. The platform aims to provide accessible Bible studies and health lessons via WhatsApp, promoting spiritual and physical well-being across the Pacific. Hope VA’s easy-to-use interface and conversational format make it simple for users to engage with the material and share the platform with others.
