Day 4 of the General Conference Session: God Is Leading His Church

Today marks the fourth day of the 62nd General Conference Session, and it is clear that God is guiding His Church. One of the most powerful moments came when newly elected leaders were called and confirmed. Before accepting their responsibilities, some paused to pray with their families, seeking God’s strength and wisdom. It reminded us all that leadership in God’s Church is not about power—it’s about service and faithfulness.

During today’s session, more leaders were elected, including Elder J. Raymond Wahlen II as under‑treasurer. These individuals have been chosen prayerfully, and they now carry the great responsibility of leading the Church forward. Their calling is sacred, and they need our prayers more than ever.

This session is not just about decisions and reports—it’s about being reminded of the mission we all share: to prepare the world for Jesus’ soon return. God is not only calling leaders; He is calling each one of us to be part of this mission.

As the Church continues its global session, we invite every member to pray:

  • Pray for our leaders to remain humble, faithful, and Spirit-led.

  • Pray for unity and clarity in every decision made.

  • Pray that each of us will be ready and willing to do the work God is calling us to do.

Let us stay focused on Jesus, united in purpose, and passionate about the mission. God is not finished with His Church, He is just getting started. And He is inviting us all to be part of what He is doing.
