Growing Together: Kids as Disciples in Action
November 2, 2024
The Emmanuel Adventist Adventurer Camp at the SIM Campsite has been a memorable weekend filled with faith, fellowship, and fun! From Friday until today, Sabbath Day, families have come together to connect with God in the beauty of nature, creating lasting memories and growing spiritually.
Throughout the weekend, children engaged in exciting activities, building bonds with their teachers and friends in an uplifting environment where God’s Spirit was powerfully present. This camp embodies the heart of Adventurer ministry under the Adventist Youth program, fostering a space where children can grow as disciples of Christ while embracing their faith.
As they prepare to wrap up the weekend camp tomorrow, we invite everyone to join in prayer for these young Adventurers. It is a meaningful reminder of the value Jesus places on children. In Matthew 19:14, He says, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.”
Let us always remember how precious children are in God’s eyes and continue to support them on their faith journey!
